Because every piece is made to order and personalized just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. A keepsake with your name on it isn't something we can offer to anyone else. That said, if your order arrives damaged or there's a mistake on our end, please reach out. We'll make it right.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our raw materials are sourced from a variety of suppliers, but every piece of personalization work happens right here in our Georgia workshop. Each item is designed, engraved, and finished by hand in the United States before it ships to you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
