Processing time

Every Bluebird Keepsakes item is personalized and made to order. Most orders are ready to ship within [3 to 5] business days. During the holiday season and around fundraiser deadlines, processing may take a little longer. We will always let you know if something is running behind.

Local pickup for fundraiser orders

If you are ordering through one of our school or team fundraisers, you can choose Local Pickup at checkout at no cost. We set up a designated pickup spot for each fundraiser, and we will email you the location, date, and pickup window once your order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation with you. If someone else is picking up for you, just reply to your confirmation email and let us know who to expect.

Shipping

For everyone else, shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Rates are calculated based on your address and what is in your order, so you will always know the price up front.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on where you are and which service you select.

Shipping addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot replace orders sent to an incorrect address free of charge.
