What is the return policy? +

Because every piece is made to order and personalized just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. A keepsake with your name on it isn't something we can offer to anyone else. All sales are final.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or there's a mistake on our end, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement.

Please review your personalization details carefully before checking out. We engrave exactly what is entered, so we're not able to offer refunds or replacements for typos or incorrect spelling submitted with an order.

When will I get my order? +

Every item is made to order, so we work quickly to get your keepsake finished and on its way. We ship through USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow it right to your door. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the service selected at checkout.

Do you offer fundraisers for schools and teams? +

Yes. We work with schools, sports teams, booster clubs, and other local groups to create personalized keepsakes your supporters actually want to keep. We handle the design, the ordering, and the personalization, so there's no upfront cost to your group and nothing for volunteers to carry, count, or deliver.

For every item sold through your fundraiser, a flat dollar amount goes straight back to your program. We set that amount with you up front, so your group knows exactly what it earns on every sale. When the fundraiser closes, you'll get a simple summary showing exactly what sold and what your group earned. To set one up, email us at sales@bluebirdkeepsakes.com.

How does local pickup work? +

For fundraiser orders, you can choose Local Pickup at checkout at no cost. Pickup is coordinated by the group running the fundraiser. They'll announce the date and location, usually right at the booth or event where the fundraiser is being promoted. Just bring your order confirmation and we'll have your keepsake ready for you.

Where are your products manufactured? +

Our raw materials are sourced from a variety of suppliers, but every piece of personalization work happens in our workshop in the great state of Georgia. Each item is designed, engraved, and finished by hand in the United States before it ships to you.

How much does shipping cost? +

We ship through USPS, and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your order. You will always see the exact shipping price before you pay.
